The Observation Booth

Collaboration with Kelly Lynn Jones

A portrait of place. A one month initiative to get to know the neighborhood around Site School the host gallery run by artist Michelle Blade. Found objects were collected, interviews were conducted with neighbors, and historical research was done at the local library. All of the material that was generated by the inquiry was displayed in an evolving installation in the storefront window of the gallery which also served as a workspace for the project.
